This matcha is freshly processed after TeeMaa’s order is made. They order around once in every 2 or 3 months from Japan.

Midorigi is an excellent culinary-grade matcha, perfect for baking and cooking. Many of the matcha pastries served at TeeMaa’s tea room are made using this very matcha.
