• The perfect temperature. The advanced Wilfa Performance coffee maker features a highly precise heating system that reaches the optimum coffee brewing temperature in seconds and maintains the right temperature throughout the entire process.The European Coffee Brewing Centre’s approval shows that this coffee maker meets very precise quality criteria, including temperature and time. Unlike many other coffee machines on the market, the Performance maintains the correct temperature of 92-96ºC throughout the process, from the first drop to the last.
• Unique technology. This coffee maker features a water pump, unique to filter coffee makers, which drains the water completely from the coffee maker after the brewing process is complete. This means that no water is left standing in the coffee machine.
• Removable water tank – 100% fresh water. Wilfa Performance is equipped with a removable water tank, which makes it easy to add clean and fresh water directly from the tap. The water tank is marked with the recommended proportions of water and coffee, so you can easily prepare delicious coffee.
• ECBC approved. European Coffee Brewing Centre approval ensures that the brewer meets high quality standards, including temperature and time.
• Brewing time adjustment. The filter is equipped with Flow Control, which allows you to adjust the extraction time to the optimum according to the amount of water and coffee. This way you always get the same tasty coffee, whether you make a full pot or a couple of cups at a time. You can always fine-tune the extraction time to suit your taste.
• A unique water head. The completely unique water head distributes the water evenly over the coffee head, ensuring the best possible results and a smooth extraction.
• Cleaning reminder. The automatic cleaning reminder helps to clean limescale residues from the machine on a regular basis, extending the life of your coffee machine and ensuring that every cup of coffee you make always tastes its best.
• Automatic power cut-off. The coffee maker’s hotplate keeps the coffee hot for 40 minutes, after which the machine automatically switches off – ensuring safety and fresh coffee.
