Nitor Winter dark Peru Yanesha is a dark roasted coffee from Villa Rica in Central Peru. The coffee is farmed in the Andean mountains in an altitude of 1550-1850 m without the use of chemical deterrents or fertilizers. The pulp is mechanically removed, fermented in water for 16 hours and floated twice to separate the lower quality beans. Peru Yanesha is a dark roasted coffee with nuances of nuts and dark chocolate.
