Coffee from Raul Sanchez’s Lomas Altas farm. The varieties are Caturra, Pache, San Ramon and it grows at 1800 meters above sea level. The caffeine in the coffee is removed by the Co2 process, which removes the caffeine but preserves the flavour in the beans. The roastery’s supplier from Privare Coffee says that this decaffeinated coffee is so good that customers have had trouble telling the difference between it and regular coffee at tasting events! The balanced flavour has hints of peach extract. The coffee is roasted for filter methods, but roastery trials have shown that it also works well as an espresso. A good choice for any coffee lover!
