Kirjalan Kahvipaahtimo roasts coffee three times a week. Coffees ordered by 8.00 on Monday will be shipped from the roastery on Wednesday, coffees ordered by 8.00 on Wednesday will be shipped on Friday and coffees ordered by 8.00 on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Posti’s delivery time is 2-4 business days in Finland.

José Dutra Sobrinho (Zeca) started his family’s coffee business in Minas Gerais in the 1950s on just over one hectare of land. Recognising the potential, Zeca expanded and improved the farm. After his death in 1999, his wife Osvaldina and sons Walter and Ednilson inherited over 300 hectares of farmland. The brothers, who were born and raised on the farm, have dedicated more than 35 years to agribusiness and coffee production with an emphasis on training to improve farming practices.

Dutra Farms specializes in organic coffee farming and production. Their artisanal process, operating at 1,300 meters above sea level, the altitude of the sea and the soil contribute to their renowned products, which are consistently ranked among the best in Brazil and the world for quality and sustainability. In addition to growing coffee, they produce avocados and maintain self-sustainability through eucalyptus. The coffee plantations live side by side with nature; amidst forests and waterfalls. This is how the Dutra brothers bring unique coffees to market.
