Mustefa Abakeno, a dedicated smallholder farmer in the Jimma zone of western Ethiopia, manages an extensive 18-hectare farm situated at an impressive 2 040 metres above sea level. His farm is a testament to Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage, growing a diverse range of coffee varieties sourced from the prestigious Jimma Research Centre. Mustefa’s coffee processing methods skilfully combine tradition and innovation to produce exceptional coffee beans.
