Cafetoria Roastery orders are delivered to customers fresh twice a week. Orders made by Monday 1 PM are sent from the roastery on Wednesday and Orders made by Thursday 1 PM are sent from the roastery on Monday. The inspiration and creation of this blend goes a bit beyond the realms of the supernatural. By reading old books about Italian-style espresso and its history, roastery founder Ivan learned that there was an old style of roasting espresso that differed from the typical Italian espresso roasted today. His numerous trips to Italy in search of this coffee were not very successful. The market and business model built up in Italy in recent decades, with its emphasis on consistency and low costs, has automatically ruled out the old style of roasting. The closest he came to that type of coffee was a coffee gift from a former colleague. Although that coffee had a high Robusta content, it was enough to give Ivan a clear idea of what this style of coffee was really about.

Artigianale brings to life the soul of old-school Italian espresso, with a cup profile that has a velvety mouthfeel and a smooth, vibrant finish. This medium-bodied coffee is rich in yellow fruit and restrained sweetness. Best enjoyed as an espresso.
