Diego Campos represents the younger generation of coffee farmers. By winning the 2021 World Barista Champion title, he became his country’s coffee ambassador. Diamante Coffee Farm is located in La Plata, Huila. The farm grows Caturra, Castillo, Colombia and Pink Bourbon varieties. This batch is Washed processed Pink Bourbon. The coffee is light in style, with a fairly high yet subtle acidity.
