COCAOL was founded in 1968 and the cooperative has 57 members who are producing coffee in Olancho, Honduras. Cooperative grows coffee in harmony with nature under the shade of natural trees in Sierra de Agalta natural reserve. Cooperative produces Fairtrade organic coffee and pays 130-140% better price than in markets if the quality standards have been met.
