This coffee is a single estate organic coffee from the Tropical Mountains farm in Chanchamayo. We sourced this wonderful coffee directly from the farmer. Thomas and his wife Gisella donate 3% of all of their income to support the education of local village children. The farmers have committed to sustainable and organic farming and all the used energy is from renewable sources. They produce energy from the cascara of the coffee beans instead of dumping it.

This coffee has a pleasant chocolate flavour together with soft fruitiness. The roast degree is Full City, which highlights the chocolate flavours of this coffee.
