This coffee is a fairly typical example of a Peruvian coffee. The flavour is roasty, the fruitiness is sweet, the acidity is low and the mouthfeel is rich and full-bodied. Chancamayo is one of the largest coffee-growing areas in Peru. The Typica variety accounts for around 70 % of the region’s arabica production.
