The high altitude of southern Ethiopia produces an intense and stunning multi-layered coffee. This coffee is natural-treated, where the picked coffee beans are dried on the patio. As the beans turn brown, the sugar absorbed into the beans adds sweetness and a subtle earthiness. Jammy, chocolatey and raisiny flavours combine with a berry-juicy taste.
