Club is a Makea Coffee medium roast, available all year round. We roast the coffee for 13 minutes until the City roast level to give the coffee molasses sweetness and balance. We have paid 200% of the raw coffee market price for this coffee from ten smallholders from the Huehuetenango area. We work together with Primavera Coffee Importers to support local farmers with their operations and pricing structures in Guatemala. We also commit to buying from the same farmers in future harvests to support their development.
