This coffee comes from northern Thailand. In a country known for lower quality Robustas, many young generation farmers have now gotten into farming speciality grade Arabica. They are pouring their passion into coffee, because they see a bright future in it and farm coffee by choice, not because of the lack of opportunities. The level of dedication, especially in the younger generations makes Thailand an interesting origin for speciality coffee. This is why we are excited to roast and showcase Nawin Yaesorkoo’s coffee to you. We roasted it to highlight notes of dried banana, creamy nougat and chocolate.
