Tropical climate of Barahona region offers perfect growing conditions for this coffee from the Dominican Republic. Cesar Ros is growing coffee in a mountain area next to a little village called Polo. This is a blend of two coffees offering hints of peanuts and chocolate. You can also find some marzipan and vanilla in the aftertaste with balancing fruitiness.
