All the coffee at Joy Ishema’s washing station is from small women-owned farms near the washing station. Joy Ishema’s goal is to offer women equal opportunities for employment in Rwanda. The coffee has a balanced and clean flavour. Citrus acidity, some tropical fruitiness, but also some familiar flavours of plum and pear.
