The name of Kenya AB Karibu is derived from the Swahili word “karibuni”, which means “welcome”. The name comes from the welcoming attitude the coffee farmers have towards visitors. This lot contains coffee from many small farms, where the coffee has been picked by hand. In the roast from Kaffe Obscura, the natural fine aromas of the coffee are pronounced, such as berries and a citrusy acidity.
