The El Tamboral estate used to belong to the grandparents of Marleny Guarín Osorio. She inherited it about 20 years ago. Marleny and her husband Mr. Oscar Iván Hincapie Cardona are fully committed to their farm. Their coffees have performed excellently in the Caldas region Competition of Specialty coffees and nowadays also in the Cup of Excellence competition of Colombia. Their best placement in the latter has been the 19th position in 2014.

In the roast from Cafetoria’s Ivan Ore, the flavours of chocolate and sugar cane emerge accompanied by nuances of red berries and a refined acidity.
