El Salvador Joya Estate is a new arrival from roasters Helsingin Kahvipaahtimo. They selected the coffee for its exceptionally delicious flavour profile. The coffee has been roasted to the lighter side of medium.

The taste of this coffee is rich and it has nuances of grapefruit and watermelon. A light malt balances the acidity along with a floral and honey-like sweetness.
