La Loma comes from an estate owned by Aurelio Villatoro in the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala. The coffee grows on the 30 hectare Villaure farm between 1415 and 1850 meters above sea level and are picked by hand. The coffee is processed by washing at the estate’s own washing station. After this the coffee is dried on patios in the sun. This batch is a blend of Bourbon and Caturra varieties.
