Piriste (“stimulant” in English) is a light roast blend of a relatively new roastery, ROST & Co. Piriste is the roastery’s first filter coffee in production that is designed to be a sure choice for everyone while still maintaining a high quality. The roastery situated in Lauttasaari, Helsinki, describes their coffee thus: “This coffee fits every moment regardless of place or style. It tastes great and boosts your energy.” This is also the roastery’s philosophy in general.

The character of Piriste is balanced and soft. The chocolaty and nutty body is accompanied by a sweet fruitiness. All in all, Piriste is an easily approachable coffee, which are offering as the introduction of ROAST & Co. roastery.
