Ethiopia Haile Selassie comes from the Yirgacheffe region. The name is derived from the washing station where the area’s small farms’ coffee berries are processed. Mainly grown in natural conditions, the Haile Selassie has a soft and velvety mouthfeel. One can find plum, red currant and citrusy flavours in it. Compared to many other Ethiopian coffees, Haile Selassie’s thick and velvety qualities are more prominent.
