Finca La Bolsa plantation was founded by Jorge Vides and is now run by the third generation of the family. In 2012, Finca la Bolsa opened the doors to Association Coffee Care to make a project that seeks to reduce child labor and improve quality of life for coffee pickers and their families through day care centers and vocational workshops. There is also a school for the children of the workers and surrounding communities that runs in the plantation grounds. This coffee is clean and balanced, with pulpy sweetness and a great body, that are best brought forward with manual brewing methods.
