Marysabel Caballero and her husband Moises Herrera are the royalty of the Honduran coffee industry. With over 25 years in the industry, they have had excellent success with their coffees in the Cup of Excellence since 2016, when they won it.
Marysabel is a third-generation coffee producer from the region of Xinaclá, who began her own journey into production alongside Moises in the 1990s. Moises met Marysabel after moving to the area as an accountant for a coffee company in his native Guatemala, and they were married shortly after. From then on, they began investing in land for growing coffee and now manage over a dozen farms in the Xinaclá region.
