Black Currant・Dried Tomato・Brown sugar
Kenya Mukima Pb
Turun Kahvipaahtimo
Roaster: August Poutiainen
The coffee’s profile comes from the volcanic soil of the northeast side of Mt. Kenya, the growing altitude of 1700m and the full flavor of the berry in the peaberry coffee bean. Normally, the coffee berry has two beans, or rather seeds, growing against each other, but some rare berries only have one bean. The coffee’s recognizable round shape comes from its unobstructed growth. The lone peaberry tends to have a strong fruitiness to its flavor and offers a memorable flavor experience.
