This coffee comes from Ngerwe washing station, which is owned by farmers of Kibugu cooperative.Berry skin is removed with pulper, and after that beans will be fermented overnight. Next day beans are washed to remove cherry flesh, then soaked and spread to raised drying beds to let sunlight dry them. Farmers of the cooperative are getting education and monetary help for investments and further training.
