“Mitad del Corazon” means Half of the Heart in Spanish. Romulo Huanca’s farm is located in La Coipa- Cajamarca, Peru. We find coffees from this region slightly similar to some good Ethiopians. They have a creamy mouthfeel and subtle yet lingering acidity. Though we are roasting these beans for espresso, we are roasting this time as light filter for Slurp customers.
