Nicolas Viamonte and his family farm coffee in the Tunkimayo valley of the Andes. The Viamonte’s do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The Tunki coffee has been selected as one of the best coffees in Peru multiple times. Only the ripe berries are picked by hand and the coffees are depulped and washed with spring water from the Andes. The coffee is dried on elevated beds.
