Most of the Sumatran coffees are processed with the semi-washed method. Because of the high demand, most of the coffees in the areas are processed this way. Luckily some areas have started also trying other, more traditional coffee production methods, such as washed and natural processed coffee. This coffee is one of those natural processed coffees.
