Finca Las Delicias is one of the four farms owned by the Menendez family for three generations and led by Miguel, the head of the family. The farm does all from start to finish: washing, fermenting, drying, sorting, packing and exporting. El Rosario has won several international prizes, including the well-known -Cup of Excellence competition. The Menendez family financially supports programs for the wellbeing and employment of the local youth.
Antonio Andrade Pereira Filho and Maria Da Conceicao Costa Pereira founded the Irmas Pereira coffee farm in 1971. The coffees from the farm have won multiple international competitions over the years. The farm is located in the mountains and due to both the rich soil and the excellent balance of light and shade, the coffees from the farm have a clean flavour with notes of chocolate and even citrus fruits, which is quite atypical for Brazilian coffees.
