Brazil Topazio is a special coffee, since the Topazio coffee variety is relatively rare. The Fazenda Pinhal is a family farm in the second generation. Pedro Gabarra Teixeira leads the estate in his father’s footsteps, but is concentrating even more on producing high quality, sustainable and ecological farming. This coffee makes for a delicious espresso the taste of which could be compared to Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in coffee form.
