Guatemala Finca Ceylan Organic comes from a farm founded as early as 1870. Originally Bananas were planted to give the coffee bushes shadow, but nowadays the bananas have also become farms export. The Finca Ceylan y Anexo coffee farm offers their workers and their families housing, drinkable water and education. The surrounding area is protected, which guarantees the diversity of the areas nature also in the future. This coffee is especially suitable for a light espresso roast.
