Espresso El Salvador La Macarena comes from a small farm called La Macarena. The farm doesn’t have their own processing station, so the processing is done at a washing station called Las Cruces, which is run by Jose Antonio Salaverria with his family. Many of the local farms’ coffees are brought there for processing. La Macarena does exceptionally well as a modern espresso. In the espresso roast from Turun Kahvipaahtimo, the syrupy sweetness and nuances of red apples are pronounced.
