The Brazil Fazenda Monte Belo consists of two varieties. Mundo Novo and Catuai are both relatively high yielding and durable varieties. Also the taste is nowadays of high quality. The coffee beans are processed with the Pulped Natural method, in which most of the pulp is removed before drying leaving behind a thin sugary layer for the drying. The result gives a long honeylike aftertaste, which is pronounced in this roast from Kaffe Obscura.
