This coffee is like peach nectarine with an orange twist! Absolutely amazing and the sweetness, almost unheard of in coffee, takes over your entire mouth. Only after a while does the subtle citrusy acidity start to tickle the tip of the tongue and, as the acidity clears, a pleasant green tea bitterness marches out, creating a full flavour experience. The coffees from this country have been on a bit of a downward spiral for Turun Kahvipaahtimo, due to the fact that these coffees have often been dominated by strong sweet flavours that are usually more suited to dark roast coffees. Bulago, however, is a different story, even if it is from Uganda.
