This coffee comes from a farm called San Isidor III located in North West Honduras. The farmer Francis Arturo Romero has done an absolutely stunning job processing this coffee, this one of the cleanest and the most interesting natural processed coffees that we have come across. Juicy mouthfeel of orange, aromatic florals in the scent and aftertaste combined with the sweet complex flavours present in Turkish delights: highlighting especially mint, cinnamon and bergamot orange. For the best results, we recommend brewing this espresso slightly longer: 20g in and 50g out.
