This coffee is a field blend by FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza). Operated by the Croce Family of FAF, the Bob-O-Link project was created to combat the intensive agriculture and monoculture farming practices that are the norm in Brazil. Using the FAF as a model, the neighbouring producers in the project adopt a quality-focused way to produce economically, ecologically and socially sustainable coffee. This means using no chemicals, planting shade trees and utilizing a variety of crops to be more sustainable but also to create polyculture.
