Espresso Agua De Dios
Frukt Coffee Roasters
Roaster: Samuli Pääkkönen
This coffee is a mix of varieties from seven smallholders of the CDNT association based in Casabianca, Tolima. CDNT is a small group of farmers put together by Herbert Peñaloza who’s one of the key figures in the group of smallholders that is La Real Expedición Botánica (LaREB for short) who we work with in Colombia. This coffee is a blend of varieties from smallholders who share the same area, altitude and taste profile. We found this coffee to be a perfect espresso coffee as it is really sweet, has enough complex acidity and is balanced with notes of chocolate, some orange and nougat.
