Bekele Legie is a single producer who also has his own farm. He is just in between a small holder and an estate owner and he is mainly producing naturals. We came across with him through our friends at a Norwegian coffee importer Nordic Approach. For a few years now Ethiopian single farmers have been legally able to export their coffee outside the ECX (Ethiopian Commodity Exchange) Auction.
We have roasted this coffee light, and it is really clean and bright with notes of tropical fruits and strawberry balanced out with milk chocolate.
