My aim as a roaster is to always have at least one African Natural processed coffee in our selection. The flavours are so unique and differ greatly from the more common Washed coffees. This time our natural-processed coffee comes from Uganda. The Rwenzori Mountains provide an exceptional terroir for high-quality coffee and the Great Lakes Coffee company has been working tirelessly over the past few years to produce a true Specialty Natural from Western Uganda in commercially viable volumes.
