In order to create a delicious coffee, the seeds have to be picked, sorted and processed by hand. After this the coffee needs to be roasted in small batches, so that the flavours contained in the coffee are brought to light in the right way. Each roasted batch has to be tasted to be sure of the delicious taste in the final product.
