This excellent coffee comes from Gidey Berhe Retta’s Limu Kossa farm, that has produced high-quality Ethiopian coffee for quite some time. This coffee has the Ethiopian Organic coffee certificate as well as a special fruitiness and almost marmalade-like mouthfeel due to its natural processing. The farmer Gidey Berhe Retta is locally known as Abba Ollie, which means “The one who uplifts”. This coffee is made with the Heirloom variety, which is an Ethiopian wild variety that has refined from the original coffee bushes that grow in Ethiopian forests. Heirloom has multiple variations and depending on the area, every heirloom is a bit different. This coffee contains the following variations: 74165, 75227, 74140, 74110, 74112 ja 5227.
