Raul Sanchez’s coffee arrives at the refining and processing plant as cherries the same day they are harvested. The lots are remarkably uniform, which is a sign of the care with which they are harvested. The carbon dioxide method is used to remove caffeine from coffee. In this process, the caffeine is removed but the flavour in the beans is retained. Our supplier from Privare Coffee tells us that this decaffeinated coffee is so good that customers have found it hard to tell the difference between it and regular coffee at tasting events! The balanced flavour has hints of peach extract. A good choice for any coffee lover!
