Brazil Fazenda Pantano comes from the Minas Gerais region in Cerrado, Brazil. The coffee has been processed with the pulped natural method. It means that after picking the skin of the berries has been removed, but the rest of the flesh still remains during the drying phase. The result is sweet and less acidic. The flavour is also more balanced and somewhat more rich. In KeaKoffee’s dark roast the sweetness and balance of the coffee are pronounced.
