CCuba Serrano Superior Lavado grows in the mountains of La Sierra Maestra, in eastern Cuba. The smoky nuance one can sense in the arome comes from the old, traditional woodburning method used in the drying process. The mouthfeel of the coffee is balanced and on the thicker side.

This lot has been roasted on Mokkamestarit’s scale to ⅘. The coffee is very dark roasted, but the oils are not on the surface yet.
