Mexico SHG La Flamengo is a typical high quality, certified organic coffee from Mexico. The Chiapas region is located close to the border of Guatemala in the same mountainous region as Guatemala’s best known coffee region, Huehuetenango. In the dark roast from KeaKoffee, sweetness, slight florality and chocolate are pronounced. Even though the roast is dark, the mouthfeel is relatively light and summery.
