The roast master and owner of Cafetoria, Ivan Ore, has combined two of their most popular coffees, the Gran Palomar and Sumatra Lington, into an exquisite dark roasted blend. The Gran Palomar coming from Peru adds nuts and gentleness to the coffee. On the other hand, the Sumatran Lington brings richness and a pleasantly honeylike nuance to the table.
