Two coffees from different sides of the world meet in Napoleon: a Gran Palomar from Peru and a Sumatra Lington Batak from the Western side of the Toba lake in Northern Sumatra. The very dark roast from Cafetoria reveals a fantastically syrupy taste and nuances of roasted nuts. The bittersweet aftertaste completes the experience and leaves no one cold.
