This excellent coffee from roasters Mokkamestarit comes from the famous Tarrazú coffee region in Costa Rica. The coffee is grown on a couple of small farms and the variety is a washed Caturra. The aroma is rich and balanced. While one can find nuts and caramel in the taste, the aftertaste is soft and fresh. It is exquisite as a drip coffee as well as other brewing methods.
