Monsoon Malabar is a dark roasted coffee. It is perfect for people, who like their coffee dark, rich and extremely tasty. Typical for this coffee is its low acidity and softness. One can find also nuances of spiciness and burnt sugar in this Monsoon Malabar.
After harvesting, the coffee beans are dried outside, on patios protected from rain. The name Monsoon Malabar is a reference to the monsoon winds that dry the beans for a period of 2–3 months. Because of this, the acidity becomes lowed and the fullness comes forth.
